Security Tips

Keep Your rm99 Account Secure

Account security is not solely rm99's responsibility — you also play an important role in keeping your account safe from any threats.

Use a Strong Password

Create a password with a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using your date of birth or name as your password.

Enable 2FA

Two-factor authentication provides layered protection for your account. Even if someone else knows your password, they still cannot log in without the OTP code.

Avoid Public Wi-Fi

Do not log in to your rm99 account over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks. Use your personal mobile data or a VPN for added protection while playing.

Log Out When Done

Always log out of your rm99 account when you are done playing, especially when using a shared device or public computer. This prevents unauthorised access.

Important Notice: rm99 will never ask for your password or banking card details via email, SMS, or live chat. If you receive such a request, it is a scam. Report it immediately to the rm99 support team.
